Valley Cemetery is located on SE 59th St 1/2 mile west of S. Choctaw Rd in SE Oklahoma City, OK. The cemetery is on the south side of the road. The GPS coordinates are 352422N and 0971625W.

On 4 Aug 1892, Aaron Cunningham's widow, Rachel A. Cunningham signed a Quit Claim Deed to three acres of their homestead for use as a public place of burial. Within a few months it was conveyed to three Trustees. On 17 Aug 1903, the Valley Cemetery Association was organized with officers, a constitution, and by-laws. Rachel Cunningham deeded the homestead, less the 2.5 acre Valley Cemetery to Samuel W. Reeve 16 June 1904. The Samuel W. Reeve family moved from the Valley Community in 1916. The Valley Cemetery is still used as a public place of burial.

The Valley Cemetery was transcribed in October and November 2010 and February 2011 by members of the OHCE Genealogy Group, Oklahoma County.
